Introducing the Boon Box!

Introducing the Boon Box!

Whether you’re an old friend of the farm, have met Nacho in person, or a newer convert to farm to jar spices, we’re excited to share with you the Boon Box - a CSA like subscription that ensures you receive all the delicious things we grow!

Gideon and I started working on this concept when we moved to Boonville a year ago. We entered this growing season with some experimental peppers, but always with the idea of ensuring we have at least enough product to send to those who value our work, and enjoy cooking delicious food, the most.

The Boon Box is delivered to your door 3x a year in December, March and July.

December includes our greatest hits (pictured). The March shipment will focus on the Mexican chiles and beans that Nacho has been cultivating and July will include the best ingredients for summer cooking along with the jammy way we’re going to send our strawberries in the mail!

We’ve timed the boxes to correlate with when you should be running low on spices. We won’t overwhelm you with Piment, but instead share the bounty we have to offer!

There is a limited quantity available, and in addition to delivering these products to your door at a 15% discount, we’re excited to offer it first to you - our awesome newsletter subscribers!

Not just is this a way of supporting our farm and team, but we hope to grow this into a way to connect with our 15 acres of the earth. From virtual tours to tastings and trying new peppers and products, we’d like to grow this into a dialogue! We truly value what our people think about what we grow and look forward to your input.

The first round of boxes will ship the second week of December, making it a great gift, or a perfect way to treat yourself to your favorite kitchen staples.

If you’ve been waiting to order our Controne, Sorana, or Zolfini beans, the Boon Box has you covered. Heirloom bean plants don’t produce as much as other varieties and that was very apparent to us this year. We’ve got a limited quantity of these beans and won’t be able to offer them individually on our website.
